The Book of Dragons is a unique collection of poems and tales by some of the most eminent fantasy writers working today. Dragons are the most universal and awe-inspiring of magical creatures and can be found in myths and legends from around the globe. Be they fearsome monsters or erudite sages, dragons bring creation, chaos, and adventure in stories told worldwide.

In this superb book, renowned editor Jonathan Strahan collects nearly thirty never-before-seen short stories and poems, accompanied by striking illustrations from acclaimed artist Rovina Cai. You will discover fiction from writers such as Scott Lynch, R.F. Kuang, Garth Nix, Ken Liu, Kate Elliott, and more, and in doing so breathes life and fire into the most magnificent mythical beasts of all time.
